The foreclosure properties undertaking by the local governments must put the cost load to the current house owners and increasing the taxes of the property on few owners of their property. The higher taxes are because of the property is located in higher area. Even though the values of the property are getting down it can not stop the owners to sell the homes through foreclosure leading to higher rates.

Some of the home owners who are willing to sell and take a new job in other areas of the city are insufficient to sale enough to pay their mortgage, whether the property is in foreclosure or not. The situation of foreclosing the homes is leading a circle with low amount of property values, more crime and more illegal actions made by the local governments. But these situations are reduced in some areas of the country and it may be the faults done by the subprime criminals to pay for innocent owners of their homes and communities.
