Foreclosures Continue
There will be more foreclosures in the United States and in other parts of the world since the economies of many countries are still suffering. There have been cries from the international organizations to the government for them to look at the suffering of women and children who are the worst affected in cases of foreclosures but there is nothing the governments are doing. This is not out of ignorance but there is no money to assist the citizens. This has made most of the people to lose hope in government aid and they have headed for the rural areas where they are trying to start their lives afresh.
This is a good way of taking things from the positive side since it will also be a change of environment. It is better as opposed to the people who are making their families to sleep in the cold. The foreclosures are also teaching people lessons that saving for bad times is a good idea. The people who had saved money are not experiencing the foreclosure problems and at such times those who had houses are benefitting since they are selling and leasing the out at high prices. The realtors are also enjoying a good season due to the inflation and they are escalating their costs by the day to ensure that they get more money now that their industry is the most profitable in almost all parts of the world.
Since there are poor housing policies in most parts of the world and the governments are unable to provide their citizens with housing, the citizens have been experiencing problems and the governments are also on the spotlight for overlooking the possibility of inflation. The presidents are also learning lessons and once the economic crisis is through, they will change the policies and they will also change their financial systems for their countries to ensure that they arte braced up in case of another disaster. Foreclosures are humiliating both to the country and to the citizens and they give a bad reputation to the international communities and organization and in most cases they might scare away foreign investors.
Since there are more foreclosures for sale everyday, this is a big challenge to the people and there are initiatives that are being developed by concerned groups that are assisting people who have had their houses foreclosed. These organizations are putting together groups and getting them to take up affordable shelter instead of sleeping in the cold. This has enabled most of the families that have experienced foreclosures to recollect their live and continue with their daily chores. Citizens have also learned lessons that they should either save to buy houses instead of taking mortgage or they should take mortgages only when they are ready to pay the price.
With such lessons learnt, once the economy recovers, the housing sector will have a change since the government is already coming up with strategies to avoid foreclosures. This is a challenge and also a wake up call to all people and governments.a
