The borrowers should keep noticing the market rate so that they keep showing their house in the pre-foreclosure list and can get better idea to handle the situation. The lender also agrees to support in such cases. The house can be present in the market list and find for a proper value that could save them from debts and can also give other ways to survive.
If several past payments are made in time then they can be included in the debt re-organization plan which could help them to save the home as it assures the payment will be done later when the status changes.
Before finally deciding to sell the house we should consult the government’s HUD agencies who guide us to help save the lands and property. They will be able to find a proper solution as they will know what steps can be taken to make the problem solved and also save the owner’s land.
